GORONTALO TERRACE – North Sulawesi (Sulut) resident Grace Karundeng, found dead in one of the basements in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada, has been told that she majored in journalism at Humber College.

Humber College is one of the largest honors polytechnic colleges in Ontario, Canada. Humber College is famous for its degree programs in business, community service, health, hospitality, media, technology, and arts programming.

The sad news of Grace Karundeng’s passing came from Ellen Mamudi’s account on her Facebook wall. And flooded with condolences throughout Sunday, January 9, 2022.

“Anyone know ‘Grace Karundeng’? We from the KAWANUA Group in Ontario, Canada offer our condolences, Police found Grace dead in the basement, Richmond Hill, Ontario. This news has been forwarded to the Embassy of Indonesia to Toronto and our group. I hope Grace’s family in Manado know. Grace is a student at Humber College in Toronto. Reportedly, her father’s name is Audy, her mother is Tessie, her sister is Christine (Ex. Karundeng-Sanchez)

Her parents live in Airmadidi, Manado.

Ghing Ghing Cardz also conveyed his condolences on his Facebook wall. He wrote his condolences to Grace Karundeng.

We are deeply saddened to share the sad news of the passing of our beloved former student, Grace Karundeng.
We would like to offer our deepest condolences to Mrs. Tessie Sanchez Karundeng, Christine Karundeng and Mr. Oddy. May God support you with strength and courage as you endure this irreplaceable loss.
Grace is a brilliant student with a very promising future. He was my student in grade 8, grade 11, journalism class and news class. He is actively involved in all the activities and projects we have.
