World Cup 2022 results, standings and high scores: Germany critical

Jakarta, CNN Indonesia

Group E and F matches World Cup 2022 is over and German still in critical condition. Here are the match results, standings and best score after Sunday’s match (27/11).

In Group E, Costa Rica, who were beaten in the first game, managed to earn three points after beating Japan 1-0. Costa Rica now has a chance to qualify for the round of 16.

Meanwhile, Germany are still in critical condition although they still have hopes of qualifying for the next phase. Germany drew 1-1 and needed Niclas Fullkrug’s 83rd-minute goal to claim their first point at the 2022 World Cup.

Germany must prevail in the last game against Costa Rica while hoping that Japan does not win against Spain. Because if Japan win, Germany (currently -1) will struggle to match Spain’s goal difference (+7) in the race for second place.

In Group F, Croatia and Morocco, who drew the first game, both won the second game. Croatia successfully conquered Canada 4-1 while Morocco surprised Belgium by beating 2-0.

Croatia currently top the table with four points, ahead of Morocco on goal difference. Belgium were pushed to third place while Canada were eliminated.
