Magelang (ANTARA) – Arts from Canada and Japan will perform at the XXI Five Mountains Festival (FLG) in Magelang Regency, Central Java, FLG Coordinator Endah Pertiwi has said.

Endah in Magelang on Friday said FLG XXI will be held from September 30 to October 2, 2022 in Mantran Wetan Hamlet, Girirejo Village, Ngablak District, Magelang Regency.

He said that while the committee had received 49 artists, that did not include 15 artists who were on the waiting list.

“We have a total of about 645 performers, we can close registrations on September 14, 2022 because I have to transmit the data to the host to prepare the provision of transit places and the like,” he said. -he declares.

According to him, this year’s FLG has not received any sponsorship, still in accordance with the 2009 land oath, that is, it still does not accept sponsors from anywhere.

He said for artists who want to come to FLG, please use your own transportation or please find your own sponsor.

“We will provide a transit place, if you want to spend the night you can too, we will provide a modest consumption,” he said.

The FLG XXI committee who is also a resident of Mantran Wetan, Giyanto said that the residents of Mantran Wetan are ready to welcome and implement FLG XXI.

He said that 15 houses were prepared for artists’ transit places and then five houses were prepared for overnight guests.
