The action was led by US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, along with representatives from the UK and Canada. Bank of England Governor Andrew Bailey is also said to have done the same.
“We are united in our condemnation of Russia’s war on Ukraine and will push for stronger international coordination to punish Russia,” Britain’s Finance Minister Rishi Sunnak said on Twitter.

Sources say the UK, US and other Western countries are pushing for a consensus stance on Russia’s continued G20 membership and have questioned the presence of Kremlin officials.
