All eyes will be on the UEFA Champions League in the coming weeks following the draw for the 2023/24 competition.
Although Manchester City were crowned European champions just over two months ago, the path to Wembley 2024 will begin in September for all 32 teams through to the group stages.
Four Premier League teams are taking part in the tournament this season, including eye-catching returns to Europe’s top competition for Arsenal and Newcastle United.

The 2022/23 Champions League has been modified to accommodate the 2022 World Cup, but the 2023/24 tournament follows a more traditional format, with group stage matches extending into December.
There will then be a standard three-month break before the round of 16 begins in mid-February.
The 2023/24 Champions League final will take place on June 1 at Wembley Stadium, a slightly earlier clash due to the upcoming Euro 2024 tournament.
