Exercise Garuda Shield 2022 will feature professional and cultural exchanges that strengthen the U.S.-Indonesia partnership through shared learning and training. Training, academic exchanges and professional development workshops for members at the corps level and below will focus on areas such as humanitarian and natural disaster relief, as well as countering conventional, unconventional and hybrid threats.
For command post exercises (CPX) will focus on the functions of personnel in peacekeeping operations UN within a joint military framework.
