Malang, East Java (ANTARA) – The Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (Kemenkominfo) is providing assistance on the use of digital technology for a number of villages that have tourism potential in Malang Regency.

The head of the tourism team at the digital economy directorate of the Ministry of Communication and Informatics Sudiono in the regency of Malang said on Tuesday that two villages have received assistance in the use of digital technology. , namely the tourist village of Gubugklakah and the village of Ngadas.

“Thus, the adoption of this digital technology is given to tourism village managers from village leaders, tourism awareness groups to traditional village institutions. We involve all elements to become participants in this assistance,” he said. -he declares.

He explained that the managers of the tourist villages would receive support for the use of social media which aims to promote the tourist potential of each village.

He said the aid would provide material in the form of steps to promote the village using social media, such as Instagram or TikTok.

“Of course, the promotion is not limited to pictures, but tells stories. We will provide whatever is necessary to promote the tourist village,” he said.

He added that dozens of mentorship participants from Gubugklakah Tourist Village and Ngadas Village would also receive photography-related equipment, including the use of drones or drones. drone take photos.

“We not only teach participants that shooting only uses DSLR cameras, but also smart phones (smartphone), including the use drone,” he said.
