Dedy Permadi, Deputy Chairman of DEWG, said the expo will showcase the four pillars of Indonesia’s digital transformation and the latest technological developments. This DTE will also feature some of the latest technologies, one of which is Metaverse.
“Here, the four pillars of Indonesia’s digital transformation and their latest developments will be exhibited,” Dedy said at a press conference during the Digital Transformation Expo (DTE), Saturday (12/11/2022) .
The first is the development of digital infrastructure, the second is the development of the digital economy, the third is the development of a digital society, and the last is the development of digital governance.
“These four pillars will also be present virtually to provide insight into the development of digital transformation in Indonesia,” he explained.
In addition, in this event, six areas can be visited by delegates and visitors, starting with the entrance area that will host the collaboration of the G20 countries. second area, tunnel of wonders. Meanwhile, the third area is the main area called G20 Synergy which will feature the four pillars of Indonesia’s digital transformation.
“In addition, the digital transformation of several G20 participating countries such as Argentina, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates will also be displayed,” Dedy said.
After that, there is a collaboration wall and a metaverse corner which will be the last part of DTE. Metaverse Corner is also a collaboration between WIR Group and Meta, the parent company of Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp.
