In the meantime, the process for creating an e-KTP is as follows:
1. Photocopy of required documents
Usually a number of documents require more than one sheet. Photocopy up to 2-3 copies so that the process of creating an e-KTP becomes easy.
2. Come to the Village
People who want to do e-KTP must report to the sub-district and cannot be represented. Come in and get in line. Generally, e-KTP processing is open from 08:00 to 15:00.
3. Submit documents
Submit copies of the required documents to the agent. It’s also a good idea to bring original documents to show the officers.
4. Take photo and fingerprint
After submitting the documents, the next process is to take photos and fingerprints. If the process is completed, you will receive an introduction letter later, the e-KTP will be taken. This letter can also serve as a temporary identity card while waiting for the withdrawal of the e-KTP.
The manufacture of e-KTP is done according to the queue. You can confirm with the village administration if within 14 days the e-KTP cannot be collected.
