President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) hosted a number of G20 Heads of State or delegates for a dinner at the Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park on Tuesday (11/15/2022). All delegates wore batik clothes for dinner.
The first arrival departed from Jokowi who was accompanied by First Lady Iriana Jokowi. Both FIFA presidents, Gianni Infantino, wore batik, with black pants.
Even Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau also wore batik and black pants. Chinese President Xi Jinping then wore a navy blue shirt with a floral pattern.
Additionally, the delegation that carried the batik was the President of the International Olympic Committee, Thomas Bach. The batik used is brown in color with black pants.
Then Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida also used green batik. Accompanied by his wife who adorns her clothes with batik scarves.
Director of the World Health Organization or WHO, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus also wore purple batik. Several delegates who attended also appeared to be compact wearing the Indonesian national batik.
During the dinner, there was also former President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY). Puan Maharani and Jusuf Kalla also appeared to be present at the dinner.
