It has not yet been announced, when Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area Season 2 will be released.

BANGKAPOS.COM – Money Heist is about stealing money and stealing hearts – and now the show is getting its first major reboot in futuristic Korea.

Subtitled Joint Economic Area, this new version of Money Heist will sound very familiar to long-time superfans of the action-thriller, especially since the heists themselves and the characters are taken directly from the Spanish originals ( even down to their name).

However, there are some tweaks and room for the series to go its own way going forward. But what exactly is happening to this ambitious band of thieves and their powerful teacher?

Here’s everything you need to know about what’s in store for the series.

When is Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area season 2 release date?

As of now, there has been no official announcement regarding the second season of Money Heist: Korea – however, like the original series, there will be a second part of the first season.

The release date for the second half has yet to be confirmed, so if you keep checking here, we’ll let you know when we find out more.

Assuming both parts were filmed at the same time, we’ll likely have the next part of the Common Economic Space by the end of 2022.

However, until the end of July 2022, we haven’t heard anything.

As for the second season, if it continues, we’re unlikely to see it until at least mid-2023, given filming and post-production.

While the original Spanish version garnered a cult fan base in the early seasons, Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area may have followed in their footsteps with an okay but not great success rate.

While viewers based in Asia loved the series (especially Malaysia, Philippines, Hong Kong, Vietnam and South Korea) up to three weeks in the Netflix Top 10, other regions were less. receptive, with major regions such as the UK, US, Canada and mainland Europe lasting no more than nine days (according to the FlixPatrol aggregate).

This could impact the future of the series, as the first 28 days of performance on the site had a big impact on Netflix’s update decision.

We’ll let you know when we know more.
