2024 World Women’s Curling Championship Standings
Thirteen teams make up the field for the 2024 World Women’s Curling Championship.
In response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the The World Curling Federation abolished all teams of the Russian Curling Federation to participate in the World Championships. This ban remains in effect in 2024.
Each team plays each of the other participants, resulting in 12 round-robin matches. Once the round robin is complete, the top six teams advance to the playoffs.
The top two seeds receive a bye to the semifinals, with the No. 1 seed eliminated. 3 to 6 teams participate in the qualifying matches. The winners of these two matches will advance to the semi-finals and the winners of the two semi-final matches will participate in the gold medal match. The losers of the semi-finals play for the bronze medal.
